Maintain a strong relationship and knowledge of our OEM suppliers and their precision farming offerings and solutions.

Focus on elevating the precision farming knowledge base of sales staff and support team to better serve our customers.

Responsible for driving sales through own efforts and through our existing sales force, achieving market share goals, and promoting all aspects of the business in a professional manner while enhancing business relationships with current customers and acquiring new customers.


Strong knowledge of OEM offerings and solutions related to Precision Farming

Support service department technical support needs with installation, setup, and delivery of units/systems. Conduct product demonstrations, seminars and clinics for customers in our stores, at trade shows, etc. Coordinate and conduct training sessions on Precision Farming systems for our employees to better equip them to successfully sell the systems. Coordinate and conduct training sessions on Precision Farming systems and software for customers. Work with stores and manufacturers to resolve issues that arise with Precision Farming systems. Liaise with the manufacturers as needed, develop and maintain a strong relationship with these vendors, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.



Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy, Ag Economics, Precision Ag, Sales or other related field, or five years of agriculture business or related field. Demonstrated strong precision farming knowledge and solutions driven sales   skills including the ability to sell opportunities, ideas, and concepts. Demonstrated strong background of Precision Farming troubleshooting and in field demo and set up experience. Demonstrated strong presentation skills and the ability to train a dedicated sales force. Demonstrated strong team mentality and desire to elevate the knowledge of others and lead by example. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and have the ability to travel independently and overnight. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment.
