Technicians for North America

A free online program for prospective employees seeking a new and exciting career as a service technician.

  • The curriculum consists of 18 courses: four Introductory courses, ten Level 1 courses and four Level 2 courses.
  • Completion time is approximately 20 hours (students complete at their own pace).
  • The program is available in the United States and Canada.
  • The program is available in English (Spanish and French will be added in Q2 2020)
  • We believe those that show the initiative and aptitude to complete the curriculum have the potential to be valued service technicians.

If we feel the candidate meets the necessary requirements and core competencies for the role and our culture, the candidate will be referred on for an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager. Depending on the position, you could be invited back for follow-up interviews as well.
