JOB SUMMARY:   
Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and ensuring compliance with fixed asset procedures.  Place stock inventory and sale orders for machines, tracked orders through arrival at dealership, and processed and coded vendor invoices.  Assist with monthly inventory counts, forecasting, and ordering reports.  File damage claims with vendors when necessary.
 
 COMPETENCIES:   
 
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, preferred.
 
 JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
High school diploma/GED required. Five years’ office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of inventory and fixed asset concepts, practices, and procedures. Knowledge of purchasing, warehousing, distributing, and tracking costs for capital and non-capital items.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
