Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Line Manager with establishing the service line vision and strategy – both annually and long term.   
  • Develop the portfolio of service offerings – including all aspects of the service line lifecycle collateral. 
  • Work closely with Sales – in establishing a sales pipeline necessary to meet the annual plans for the service line.  Emphasis contingent upon Technical or Business track of individual. 
  • Primarily responsible for engaging with clients and Oakwood teams in delivering services to clients.  Importance in demonstrating and leveraging others into the engagement while providing technical or business leadership within the engagement.  Direct consultants deliver resources to successfully deliver scope of the work defined with established budget, timeline and quality provisions. 
  • Actively engaged in leading resource management and forecasting, project success and delivery satisfaction.  Support assignment of resources for specific projects. 
  • Lead our efforts in delivery guidance (approach and playbook) as well as leading critical projects. 
  • Collect, organize, and present progress with team leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Provide systems engineering inputs to acquisition documentation including SOWs, specifications, engineering plan, and evaluation strategy. 
  • Establish Microsoft and partner relationships which support the direction of the Service Line. Develop and be recognized as a leader by Microsoft in the respective service line.  Identify competencies and ensure that Service Line team members are addressing these needs.   
  • Partner with Marketing to establish strong events and other marketing related collateral to create MQL’s which support Service Line growth. 
  • Create a reputation, within the Oakwood Community, as a thought leader and recognized individual to solicit when considering pursuing work.  Evangelist for the specific service line. 
  • Conduct regular service line team member meetings to foster a sense of community and communicate direction, progress and opportunities for team members.
  • Remain current on technologies associated with the Service Line and disseminating knowledge about those focus areas amongst the delivery team by conducting internal training sessions. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong familiarity with Generative AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Governance and AI Use Cases.    
  • Deep understanding of structured and unstructured data security and governance  
  • Proficiency in Copilot Studio: Understanding of how to use Copilot Studio to build custom AI assistants tailored to specific business processes and workflows. This includes knowledge of ready-made large language models, dialog manager, data connectors, and low-code SaaS capabilities. 
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI: Familiarity with Azure models and services This includes working with Azure OpenAI on data, knowledge bases, image generation with DALL-E, telemetry, and more. 
  • Understanding of LLMs: Deep knowledge of Large Language Models and their applications. This may involve designing prompts, evaluating model versions, and integrating LLMs into various platforms for enhanced AI interactions. 
  • RAG Retrieval Skills: Competence in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for enhancing the capabilities of LLMs by combining them with external knowledge sources to provide more accurate and contextually relevant responses including grounding data. 
  • Development and Integration Skills: Ability to perform custom development and integration of AI models and services, particularly in the context of Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio. This includes connecting data sources, managing Azure resources, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. 
  • Experience with traditional ML and deep learning techniques, AI integration strategy, and deployment tools and environments. 
  • Experience with leading AI technology providers/vendors such as NVIDIA, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Microsoft Copilot(s), Github, and others.
  • Experience in managing technical or solutions teams and delivering complex AI/ML and analytics workloads. 
  • 3+ years of experience in business and relationship development, proposal management and management of enterprise accounts or technical solutions in complex organizations 
  • Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic organization. 
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. 
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, strong collaboration skills, and team oriented. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and able to function with minimum direction. 
  • Mentoring and coaching of team members. 
  • Ability to interact with and influence decision-makers.
