Role Description:

The Sr. Associate will play a critical role driving the growth of Oak Street Health membership. The Sr. Associate will leverage analytical thinking, problem solving, relationship building, and strategic/creative thinking skills to identify areas of growth across existing and new (white space) B2B channels. This position will partner with senior leadership to identify data-backed solutions to key pain points, as well as develop and help implement creative initiatives in a key growth channel.  This position will report to the VP of Growth Partnerships, and work directly with the Director of Business Development and other members of the Growth team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive analytics to inform strategy development, enhance partnerships, and improve B2B growth execution

  • Help design and operationalize strategic initiatives, across the Growth Partnerships team

  • Derive insights from performance analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements and new, innovative partnership models

  • Collaborate with other team members, as well as field team members and external partners, to drive initiatives forward

  • Develop materials and lead discussions with organizational leaders

  • Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or other comparable experience 

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decision-making at many levels of leadership

  • Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and or value-based care

  • Previous sales strategy and operations experience a plus

  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint; experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages a plus, but not required

  • Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment  

  • US work authorization
