Role Description:

 

The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Management Team and Contact Center Sales (CCSales) to manage and support the execution of the CCSales transformation plan. This role will coordinate across locations and functions to ensure timely and successful project completion. This is a fast-paced, high visibility role to ensure that we are driving innovation and improvement rapidly and consistently across CCSales. The Project Manager may support additional cross-functional projects across Oak Street’s growing footprint; topic areas will vary based on organizational priorities, and will focus on the most important operational and strategic imperatives for the organization. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the success of CCSales priorities and initiatives, which are complex and cross-functional in nature

  • Act as the central point person with internal and external teams; work closely with stakeholders to ensure priorities and execution are aligned. Provide updates as necessary

  • Work with project owners to develop and implement integrated, consistent, and measurable initiative

  • Create and maintain project plans and ensure project changes are documented, analyzed, and controlled. Identify and mitigate risks. Maintain project KPIs

  • Develop reports, presentations, and SOWs

  • Define resources and ensure they are assigned appropriately to meet project goals

  • Support project governance to ensure that we are driving innovation and improvement rapidly and consistently

  • Collaborate with center and HQ teams, including Growth, Clinical Services, Population Health, Clinical Quality, IT, and Business Intelligence as needed to effectively implement projects or initiatives

  • Other duties, as assigned 

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated professional with:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

  • Ability to build the trust and confidence of a wide range of stakeholders

  • Exceptional organization skills, detail orientation, and focus on deadlines and metrics

  • Quick learner who is proactive and comfortable with a high level of ambiguity; able to adapt and cover tasks as they arise

  • Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally. Someone who connects the dots between teams - a proactive communicator who puts individual projects into broader organizational objectives

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills and an eagerness to identify gaps and implement practical solutions

  • Strong intellectual curiosity, willing to get into the weeds to thoroughly understand questions

  • IT related experience with contact centers, telephony, Salesforce, etc

  • Tech savvy - expert in MS Office, Google Apps, project management software

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Light travel across Oak Street’s center locations may be necessary

  • US work authorization
