Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver training to outreach team members in person and remotely

    • New Hire Orientation: delivered every two weeks or as needed

    • New Hire On-The-Job coaching & check-ins

    • Onboarding Capstone course facilitation

    • Plan & facilitate quarterly regional enrichment meetings

    • Salesforce updates

    • Ad hoc training requests, office hours

  • Act as the main point of contact in division for training on all outreach support systems, including CRM (Salesforce), Insurance Eligibility, and Patient Scheduling

  • Provide coaching for outreach team members and managers

  • Support development and implementation of sales-focused learning solutions for outreach team members and managers in all Oak Street markets

  • Keep a pulse on outreach performance and interface with local outreach leadership to proactively identify and address training needs

  • Maintain outreach team learning solutions (materials, systems), ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate

  • Other duties, as assigned 

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for motivated associates with:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or training

  • A problem-solving orientation, flexibility, and positive attitude

  • Incredible level of organization, structure, reliability, and independence

  • Clear, direct, and accessible verbal communication; strong listening and feedback delivery skills

  • Excellent face to face and video conference training skills

  • Outstanding networking and relationship management skills

  • Excellent judgment, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM

  • US work authorization required

  • Experience working on a multidisciplinary team preferred

  • Local center knowledge and relationships preferred

  • Experience working with Medicare preferred

  • Up to 70% travel required among centers (varies by division)

  • US work authorization
