Title: Sr Associate, Patient Experience CAHPS/HOS

Role Description:
The Senior Associate, Patient Experience - Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider and Systems (CAHPS)/Health Outcome Survey (HOS) will be responsible for supporting initiatives that span the patient experience journey (e.g. scheduling, referrals, provider discussions, etc). The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, enjoys solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This will be a high-visibility role requiring cross-team collaboration within Patient Experience and Service Operations and other teams (e.g. Population Health, Managed Care Operations, payer relationships, etc.).
Core Responsibilities:
Support high-impact patient experience initiatives on the CAHPS/HOS roadmap
Perform data analysis, identifying key insights and trends to inform decision-making
Develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure visibility and coordination among various workstreams
Participate in meetings with payers and internal stakeholders, as needed
Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of experience in healthcare / patient experience roles
Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement
Strong written communication skills; highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
Analytical and data savvy; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
Project management experience
Strong level of organization, accountability, detail orientation, and focus on deadlines and metrics
Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product
Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally
US work authorization
