Role Description:
Oak Street Health is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the strategy & management of our paid digital media channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for accelerating the digital paid channel growth & optimizing for effectiveness. This role will manage a direct report, Digital Media Associate, and collaborate with existing external consultant groups/agency that are responsible for various channel executions.
Core Responsibilities:
Leads the strategy, management and optimization of our Oak Street Health’s paid media programs (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Media, Affiliates), including helping develop strategy in partnership with our external agency/consultant groups.
Manages agency and partner relationships relative to digital marketing channels of responsibility to ensure they're meeting KPIs
Lead and mentor a direct report, Digital Media Associate, to carry out display and affiliate marketing efforts
Works closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to understand business objectives and goals, as part of the strategy development process
Provides proactive data-driven analysis with recommendations on what we should do more of, or improve/change to maximize channel effectiveness
Effectively manages budgets by planning, forecasting and reporting
Partners with the internal creative team to develop new digital assets that optimize new patient acquisition and conversion, including providing feedback and managing to deadlines
Demonstrates a passion for digital marketing by proactively finding and building recommendations on new ways to improve performance
Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
4-5 years of digital advertising experience, preferably in the B2C services space (experience and success with lead generation and marketing within the healthcare industry a plus)
Experience translating data into strategic insights that promote successful marketing programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with budgets and numbers
Can perform advanced functions in Excel including running reports, and data analysis
Strong grounding in digital/technology marketing approaches
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Familiarity with CRMs tools, lead generation management
Prior experience working with external media agencies
Team leader or management experience is a plus
US work authorization
