Location: Role is predominantly virtual so can live anywhere in the United States. Position will require periodic travel to program cities.
Role Description
The BHS Fellowship Program Manager supports initiation and ongoing management of this groundbreaking program to support new graduate MSWs in their transition to practice in a value-based care model. This role presents a unique opportunity to build a program from scratch and ensure its success as it grows exponentially in the years to come. The manager will help devise, establish and maintain key aspects of the program, including social media, recruitment, evaluation, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee program participant recruitment activities, including:
establishing visits at schools of social work and other partners
planning and executing in-person and virtual recruitment events
collaborating with marketing team to create written materials and disseminate to relevant outlets
maintaining program website and other promotional program content
hiring process
Monitor progress on overall fellowship work plan activities, communicate challenges to supervisor and suggest corrective actions.
Develop the fellowship’s social media presence and cultivate ongoing content.
Lead the development, dissemination and management of the program participants’ schedule, including preceptors and specialty rotations.
Partner with fellowship faculty to develop the didactic curriculum schedule.
Plan, coordinate and lead the fellows’ orientation, graduation and other activities.
Compile evaluation data to create summary dashboards for preceptors and fellows.
Maintain all program data and disseminate findings to the fellowship team.
Assist in planning and leading regular team meetings.
Create fellowship standard operating procedures and ensure they are updated periodically.
Develop quarterly newsletters for dissemination to key stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
This position reports to the Director of Behavioral Health.

Experience leveraging data to drive decisions, comfort with owning reports and completing basic analytics, experience using Excel
Goal-setting and long-range planning: must be able to work with program team to organize and coordinate systems in order to achieve objectives

Experience coordinating clinical operations and/or project management
US work authorization
