Title: Executive Assistant

Role Description

Oak Street Health is looking for an Executive Assistant that will be responsible for a full range of administrative functions for a diverse group of high-level leaders at the executive level and will be an integral part of our growing team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing the executives' effectiveness by providing informational and administrative support

  • Representing the executives to others, internally and externally

  • Conserving executives’ time by managing schedules and performing administrative duties

  • Additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed, including expense reports, travel planning, etc.

  • Orientation toward detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Demonstrated PC skills (MS Office)

  • Past professional experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Associates Degree; Bachelor degree preferred

  • High level of professionalism and ability to manage highly confidential information

  • US work authorization
