Role Description:
The Sr Associate I, EMR Software Support role will be responsible for supporting our Level I associates, clinic and service end users by providing ongoing training, functionality, and workflow guidance. Troubleshoot, report, and escalate bug or defect incidents to our Sr. Associate II, EMR Software Support team member or Level 3 Application Analysts. Success requires high levels of problem solving ability, a high degree of resourcefulness, and excellent communications skills.
Core Responsibilities:
Oak Street internal expert on clinical and service team workflows
Manual lab result submissions to patient charts
EMR production, test, dev account creation for new users
Provider remote support to all OSH clinics through a ticketing system along with other team members
Identify project issues and possible enhancements to resolve or escalate, as appropriate
Review and test changes, interfaces, and enhancements with each planned EMR upgrade
Maintain constant communication with clinics for feedback
On-Call rotation duty
Other duties as assigned

Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent work experience
2-5 years experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Strong presence, interpersonal and communication skills
A problem-solving orientation with a flexible and positive attitude
Incredible level of organization and reliability
US work authorization
