Role Description:
As a Sourcer in the Talent Acquisition department at Oak Street Health, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Your efforts will contribute to our goal of finding exceptional individuals who embody our mission and values, ensuring that we continue to deliver outstanding care to our patients.
Core Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, including online sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific networks, to identify potential candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements for various positions within Oak Street Health.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of potential hires.
Marketing Intelligence: Leverage marketing intelligence to identify and target high-potential talent pools: Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to strategically source candidates, optimize recruitment strategies, and enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and evaluating candidate qualifications.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on candidate progress and pipeline status.
Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance Oak Street Health's reputation as an employer of choice within the healthcare industry.
Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining thorough records of all sourcing activities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sourcing techniques, actively seeking opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition processes.

What are we looking for?
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.
5+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sourcing roles required.
Demonstrated experience with various candidate sourcing techniques and tools, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Passion for healthcare and a genuine interest in Oak Street Health's mission
US work authorization
