Title: Clinical Vascular Lab Services Manager - Danbury Hospital Noninvasive Vascular department - Danbury, CT.  Full time/40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts 8:00am - 4:30pm.
 
Summary:  Responsible for overseeing operations, financial performance, and staff management for vascular surgery hospitals across multiple locations. Ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals while fostering collaboration among physicians, practice managers and staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides operational oversight for vascular clinical services across assigned locations.

2. Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, policies and procedures.

3. Develops and manage annual budgets, monitoring financial and operational performance.

4. Standardizes workflows and processes to improve patient access, quality, and efficiency.

5. Collaborates with physicians and practice managers to optimize scheduling and productivity.

6. Monitors patient satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the patient experience.

7. Leads, mentors, and supports staff promoting engagement and retention.

8. Drives continuous improvement in clinical quality, safety, and service delivery.

9. Supports recruitment, onboarding, and development of clinical and administrative staff.

10. Partners with senior leadership to identify and implement growth opportunities.

11. Builds and maintain strong referral relationships and community partnerships.

12. Analyzes performance data to inform decision making and guide improvement initiatives.

13. Maintains and Models the Organizations values.

14. Fulfills and adheres to all compliance responsibilities related to the position.

15. Performs other duties as required.

Other Information:

Required Education & Experience:
  • Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required, bachelor’s preferred.
  • 5-7 years of progressive healthcare supervisory / management experience, preferably in surgical or specialty practice operations.
  • Prior project management experience required.
  • Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
