Description
Summary:
Strategic management professional overseeing and coordinating the various projects, programs, and other strategic initiatives responsibilities. Coordinating multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies.
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitates communication among programs cross-functional teams and external partners.
2. Coordinates and helps facilitate the role out of new initiatives.
3. Coordinates and tracks all community program partnerships and other talent strategy initiatives.
4. Assists with coordinating new workforce initiatives and define the program governance.
5. Assists with planning for new programs and monitor the progress.
6. Manages the program’s budget.
7. Manages risks and issues and takes corrective measurements.
8. Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
9. Manages and utilizes resources across projects.
10. Manages stakeholders’ communication.
11. Aligns deliverables to the program’s outcome.
12. Maintains and Models Nuvance Health Values.
13. Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
14. Performs other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, business or related fields; Masters in HR a bonus
- Min of 3 years of experience in organizing, managing, and executing complex projects in various HR fields (organizational design, workforce planning, talent metrics)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant Human Resources experience in partnering with managers on full employment lifecycle touchpoints
- Strong business acumen
- Drives recommendations and prioritization
- Experience in a complex, matrixed organization
