Director Revenue Systems
Description
Summary:
Director of IT Revenue Systems is responsible for the Information Technology application portfolio and oversees strategic and tactical initiatives regarding Patient Access & Scheduling, Billing & Revenue Management, Health Information Management Systems and other Revenue-related technologies. This leader ensures that organizational priorities are met and drives the direction of the business entities & systems by facilitating governance, educating stakeholders, tracking industry trends, and collaborating with Nuvance Health leaders to plan, develop, implement, and ensure the effectiveness of IT systems that support the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Works through governance, business leaders, and IT leaders to facilitate enterprise objects
2. Ensures operations of systems and workforce maximize user experience and efficiency
3. Establish and execute multi-year strategies while meeting strategic & operating KPIs
4. Coordinates and maintains vendor relationships for IT systems
5. Mentor and develop IT leaders

Other Information:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology Leadership & 3 years of healthcare IT Management in related field
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or other related fields required, Master's degree preferred
License, Registration, or Certification Requirements:
