Summary:

The Identity Access Management Analyst role is responsible for assisting with management of the policies, processes, and technologies around Nuvance Health digital identities. Guided by organizational and regulatory requirements, ensure that appropriate access is being provided to those that access Nuvance Health digital resources, throughout the lifecycle of the identities. This role will actively work with Identity Toolsets such as Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, Data Access Governance, Secure Remote Connection, and Secure Authentication.

Responsibilities:


1. Perform all responsibilities in accordance with governing regulations and organization policies.
2. Manage account administration activities within the Identity and Access Management team, including account and access provisioning, terminations, and department transfers.
3. Maintain security controls for access to Nuvance Health network resources. This includes: removal of access for urgent (involuntary) terminations, suspensions and litigation activities.
 4. Coordinate the work related to the daily operations of the Identity and Access Management team for group access, including the creation and maintenance of departmental mailboxes, distribution groups, room calendars, file and web spaces. 5. Recommend and drive the enhancement process for the Identity Access Management (IAM) program.
6. Maintain and assess operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities.
7. Develop strategic road maps for the identity management systems and program.
 8. Develop enterprise wide standards for identity and access management.
 9. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
11. Provides 24/7 support through investigation & analysis of problems using documentation, manuals, debugging tools & logic to resolve problems, prevent recurrence & ensure continuity. Takes remote call for off-shift, weekends & holidays as assigned. 

Education: ASSOCIATE'S LVL DGRE

Other Information:

Required: Experience performing identity and access functions, such as account provisioning and de-provisioning.
Minimum Experience: three years.
Desired: HIPAA compliance knowledge.

 Knowledge, Experience working with 2FA and Privileged Access Management Solutions.
