Vassar Brothers Medical Center, part of Nuvance Health, has an excellent opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team in Poughkeepsie, New York, located just 75 minutes north of New York City. This in an opportunity for a full time Night PA/NP position that is hospital based patient management.
Patient Management Responsibilities

- CT Step Down Unit Patient Management
- Bedside Procedures
- Consults
- Pre-op evaluation
- Discharges
- Progress Notes
- -24/7 service, in-house call

Qualifications
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred. 1-2 years of current surgical experience is also preferred.
