Description
Summary: Assumes responsibility for day-to-day activity and training of employees as directed in order to provide for the needs of the Medical Center environment, and for the completion of departmental work in a timely and efficient manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Requires one (1) year of college or specialized post-high school training in such areas as Environmental Management courses where educational credits have been received, and/or Certificates of Achievement specific to Housekeeping. Certification from N.E.H.A. or Environmental Management Association.
Experience: Requires a minimum of one and up to three years of experience in this and related jobs in the organization. Prior supervisory experience as a Senior Housekeeping Aide. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
