Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Supervise Facilities Services employees in all facets of plant operations and maintenance in the hospital as well as various satellite buildings located throughout the community. This will also include the managing of various construction and renovation
projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School or four year technical school equivalent.
Licensure/Registration/Certification: Preferred but not required.
Work Experience: Minimum of (7) years of full time experience in Facilities Management
in a healthcare environment with at least two (2) of those years in a supervisory capacity
Physical & Other Factors: Must be able to lift heavy objects weighing up to 35lbs. Also Walks, Sits and bends
Work & Environmental Conditions: Works in busy-fast paced customer oriented
department. Must be aware of relevant dangers.
Job Relationships: Reporting to Director of Support Services, will be responsible to
supervise all Facilities Services employees.
Other Relevant Requirements: Ability to read blue prints preferred. Computer experience
is required.
