Job Summary: Performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures according to protocols formulated by the Radiology Medical Director. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their diagnostic imaging needs. Participates in department CQI activities, and complies with hospital policies and department procedures and standards.
High School graduate. - Graduation from a two year accredited school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained. -
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Registry Eligible. - Licensed by the State of Connecticut to practice and administer radiation. -

Current BLS certification. -
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
