Program Manager - Enablement Intelligence
The Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized person who thrives on managing the processes of key strategic initiatives for Revenue Enablement teams? We are transforming the way we create, deliver and assess sales enablement programs using AI and we are looking for an AI-forward technical program manager to help deliver this change. You will have the opportunity to contribute to this brand new strategic program that impacts the success of the Nutanix salesforce. You will work closely with Enablement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time, resources are aligned, and processes run smoothly. This role is tactical in nature—executing against the strategy defined by program leadership.
Sales at Nutanix
The Revenue Enablement team at Nutanix is a collaborative and cross-functional group that works closely with Sales Leadership and strategic Sales Support functions. This team is responsible for creating globally consistent Enablement programs to support the development of Nutanix Sales teams world-wide. The team works together to identify areas of improvement, deliver relevant content, and track key metrics of success. This role would be part of Revenue Enablement's AI Coaching team, serving all Nutanix Sales Professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage the operational rollout and ongoing administration of the AI-assisted sales coaching and assessment program.
Maintain project plans, timelines, and task lists, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams including content development, system integration, and communications.
Support the integration and maintenance of AI coaching platforms with Nutanix platforms, ensuring proper configuration, user access, and data flow.
Document program processes, updates, and best practices in a central knowledge repository.
Assist with building recurring status reports, dashboards, and performance updates for program leadership.
Track issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating them to leadership as needed.
Build fluency in current trends and industry standards for AI role plays and assessments and provide enablement to the wider team to build understanding and capability in this fast growing area
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in program/project coordination or operations, preferably supporting sales or enablement teams.
Adept at integrating advanced technologies to optimize processes and deliver scalable solutions
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
High attention to detail and strong writing and editing skills.
Excellent stakeholder coordination skills.
Familiarity with SaaS sales processes and go-to-market motions.
Experience working with or supporting AI-driven coaching or conversation intelligence platforms preferred.
Project Manager certification (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) preferred.
Instructional Design experience preferred
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 116,800 and USD $234,000 per year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
