About the Team
 
At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to join the Global Campaign and Programs team, a dynamic group spread across various locations such as San Jose, Durham, New York, France, the UK, Singapore, and more. This team exudes high energy and thrives on collaboration, fostering an environment where great communication skills are highly valued.
 
You will report to the Sr. Director - GTM and Global Execution. The work setup is hybrid, requiring employees to be in the office 2-3 days a week. This balance allows for both team collaboration and flexibility in work arrangements. Despite the hybrid setup, the team maintains a strong sense of connection and camaraderie.
 
Travel requirements at Nutanix are based on an as-needed basis, ensuring that our team members can effectively carry out their responsibilities without excessive time away from home. This approach provides a healthy work-life balance while still allowing for professional growth and development.
 
Your Role
 
You will be a dynamic, focused, and collaborative leader playing a pivotal role in driving Nutanix’ growth. You will lead a talented global team of marketers with day-to-day responsibility for Integrated Campaigns, Global and Multi-Regional Programs teams. With first hand experience of building integrated campaigns and driving predictable pipeline in a B2B fast-moving tech environment you will be adept at working cross functionally with key stakeholders across Demand, Brand, Customer Marketing, Product & Solutions Marketing, Content Strategy, Marketing Operations, Partner, and Field Marketing.
  • Setting the campaign strategy, defining campaign tactics, and overseeing the execution for global campaigns resulting in improved audience experience, campaign effectiveness & adoption, and predictable pipeline
  • Leading the launch and successful execution of campaigns, ensuring key metrics for brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline are met working with Brand and Demand leaders
  • Devising global programs strategy and overseeing the delivery of the strategy to build market presence, drive pipe creation and conversion, customer upsell and loyalty and deliver new ACV growth
  • Driving creation and optimization of programmatic customer journeys for new customer acquisition and install base retention
  • Optimizing opportunity with strategic partners to expand campaigns and programs reach and deliver unified message across all channels
  • Analyzing and optimizing campaigns and programs channel mix continually for improved results
  • Building long range campaign plans to amplify significant brand moments and delivering integrated programs for brand leadership and revenue growth
  • Mentoring and leading a strong global team of high caliber marketers to unlock their full potential and maximize marketing efficiency
What You Will Bring
  • 10+ years in a leadership role with experience delivering proven results and driving long term, predictable revenue growth
  • Experience in developing and delivering integrated global campaigns across digital, field, corporate events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable and impactful results in terms of pipeline growth, revenue generation via programs execution
  • Prior experience in cloud, Kubernetes and/or AI technology company strongly preferred
  • Data driven mindset, an eye for numbers and fantastic attention to detail
  • Lead global teams with a diverse skill set and experiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partnering closely with all marketing functions and leadership to drive broad scale campaigns and programs adoption

 

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 206,640 and USD $ 413,400 per year.
 
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
