About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be joining America's Talent Acquisition team, a dynamic group of 15 Talent Advisors working collaboratively across the US and Mexico. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, who is committed to nurturing your growth while driving the team to success. Our work setup is hybrid, allowing for flexibility as you are required to be in the office just two days a week. This balance of remote and in-office work ensures that you enjoy the best of both worlds while collaborating closely with your teammates. Additionally, there are no travel requirements for this position, providing you with a stable and focused work-life balance.


Your Role

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored staffing strategies that align with business objectives in the Latin America region, particularly Mexico.
  • Proactively source, engage, and attract top-tier candidates through innovative methods including networking, research, and creative outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Champion Nutanix's employer brand, effectively communicating our values and opportunities to elevate interest and attract high-caliber talent.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, utilizing tools like Jobvite and Excel to refine processes and improve outcomes.
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders across various departments, providing consultative support and responsive communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve recruiting strategies, focusing on candidate quality and hiring speed.
  • Set milestones to achieve a diverse talent pipeline and meet hiring goals within the first year, contributing to Nutanix's growth and innovation in the region.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech-related roles
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting candidates, particularly for Software Engineers and Cloud-related positions
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including Jobvite, Google Suite, and Excel
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on strategic thinking and adaptability
  • Experience in networking, relationship building, and innovative candidate sourcing techniques

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
