Global Partner Marketing Specialist (Contract)

As a Global Partner Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting global OEM partner initiatives and activities globally.  This role will report directly to the Global OEM Marketing Lead but requires cross-team collaboration with corporate marketing, channel marketing, regional partner and field marketing and with OEM partners directly. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of quarterly global OEM marketing plans, budget requests and program metrics and tracking
  • Own end-to-end OEM regional partner newsletters and partner portal, including program objectives and goals, setting program success metrics, call for content, promotion and optimization to meet specific goals which you will establish
  • Assist with amplification of OEM partnership and marketing programs via social media for both internal and external audiences
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving OEM MDF activities as well as project manage quarterly MDF schedule and deliverables
  • Work with team members to track OEM campaign assets and promotional materials to support and optimize regional demand generation activities
  • Maintain and update key action items, deliverables, owners and due dates as identified in ongoing meetings and working sessions with global campaigns, regional marketing and external partner teams
  • Light data analytics working with marketing operations to deliver program ROI metrics
  • Use marketing tools and platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Marketo, Trello, etc) to set up and execute programs
  • Light copywriting for emails, social media, partner newsletters, partner portal, and internal and external program launch communications

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related area
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communications with optional some marketing operations related role 
  • Strong project management, organizational and execution skills with ability to manage multiple projects with quick deadlines in a fast paced environment and laser focus on execution and results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
