About the Team

The Florida Enterprise Squad at Nutanix is expanding! Our team is made up of passionate, high-performing sales leaders who are committed to challenging the status quo, pushing boundaries, and delivering remarkable value to our enterprise customers. As part of this team, you’ll work closely with channel partners, systems engineers, and strategic alliances to achieve your objectives and help Florida’s leading enterprises leverage the power of Nutanix.  While this is a remote role, frequent travel in the territory will be required to meet customers and partners in person. Face-to-face interactions are core to our relationship-building approach, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of client needs and create value through impactful solutions.

 

Your Role

As an Enterprise Account Manager, your mission will be to cultivate new opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and expand Nutanix’s footprint across key enterprise accounts. Success in this role hinges on a consultative sales approach, a commitment to customer-centric innovation, and the tenacity to overcome complex challenges. 

Customer Impact: You will engage directly with C-level and senior leaders at large enterprises, discovering their unique challenges and designing Nutanix solutions to meet their needs. From interactive demonstrations to tailored proposals, you’ll help customers see the value of a multi-cloud platform built for simplicity and scalability.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Marketing, Systems Engineering, and Product Development—to strategize and deliver seamless solutions that support customer goals and drive adoption.
Channel Partnerships: Work alongside channel partners and alliance executives to accelerate growth within enterprise accounts, ensuring we maximize value across new and existing customer relationships.
Sales Excellence: Manage your sales forecast and pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to provide visibility and insights. Your ability to plan, strategize, and prioritize will be essential to achieving your targets.

 

What You Will Bring


• Minimum 8 years selling enterprise software with proven success in exceeding sales targets within a high-growth, enterprise-focused environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to secure new accounts, build trusted relationships, and grow existing customer bases within an assigned territory.
• Expertise in strategic territory planning, enterprise engagement, and relationship management.
• Deep understanding of how technology solutions solve critical business challenges, including knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and present to senior executives about Nutanix’s solutions. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 275,600 and USD $ 413,400 per year. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
