About the Team

About Nutanix Real Estate and Workplace – A cohesive organization delivering exceptional work environments that foster productivity and great employee experience.As a team member, overseeing corporate office space – this position will be involved in day-to-day operations of Nutanix’s offices in Bangalore, India . The candidate will be responsible to support and coordinate activities related to delivery of workplace experience services.

Candidate would partner with stakeholders to provide best-in-class customer service, so employees feel secure in work environments that enable them to do their best work.


Your Role

  • Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships within team and internal customers (Nutanix employees). 
  • The right candidate will be enthusiastic about hospitality, wanting to help develop a nurturing, positive workplace environment and employees experience for this fast-growing region. 
  • Observe the workplace environment and culture to identify needs across operational touch points. Accelerate improvement in workplace energy and engagement.
  • Must be comfortable operating on tactical levels, simultaneously acting as an internal ambassador, solutions provider, and implementer of programs. 
  • The optimal candidate is an approachable & experienced professional with good communication & not being afraid to dive into details, implementing and managing several salable  programs. 
  • Should  be a smart client or buyer – fostering transparent Internal /external relationships, and balancing frugality with creativity. 

What You Will Bring

  • Provides coordination and administrative support for delivery of workplace services including onsite meetings ,event management, community programs and employee engagement.
  • Support Nutanix Serviced offices portfolio. Employees and account management with service providers  
  • Workplace onboarding, cafeteria  services, support moves, adds and changes, transformation initiatives. 
  • Manage key areas in operations including space planning and tool management, employee events and engagements, providing employee related welfare services and logistics support.
  • Ensures workplace operations and employee programs are managed successfully with outstanding customer service. 
  • Responds to internal customer requests and complaints regarding workplace experience services.Partner with workplace staff, ensuring facilities are operated in a cost-effective manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment. 
  • Develops, cultivates and owns key relationships with third-party service providers and vendors. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as HR, IT, Security. Aware of Safety/Emergency Preparedness,
  • Provides inputs with annual budget development, reports and analysis and operating procurement tools. 
  • Implement  KPI & SLA’s for sites services. Partner on audits, conduct risk assessments ,proactively mitigate risks.
  • Assists team with general administrative support including invoice processing, expense reporting, etc. 
  •  Provides administrative support as directed, equipment care, and supply management.

Preferred Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or real estate management with minimum of 8+ years professional experience required - a significant portion of which should demonstrate success in real estate /facilities management /operations in MNC company environments. Proficiency in enterprise platforms. Accreditations from RICS, CoreNet, IFMA.
