To set you up for success from day one, you will be paired with a 'buddy' to help you navigate your first few months and work alongside an experienced Account Manager who will share their expertise to help you win in this territory.

Your Role

As a key member of our field sales team, your mission is to drive net-new business and cultivate strategic accounts within your territory. You will be the face of Nutanix to our prospects and customers, working closely with our vital channel partners to deliver exceptional value.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding our footprint within existing accounts.
  • Build Relationships: Use your relationship-building expertise to develop selling opportunities within partner organizations and forge strong connections with both new prospects and current customers.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Proactively schedule and lead sales appointments with prospective clients, collaborating with Channel Partner representatives to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Be a Strategic Advisor: Understand the unique business needs of your customers and recommend tailored Nutanix solutions and marketing strategies to solve their challenges.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with our technical pre-sales engineers, sales specialists, and the regional leader to bring the full power of Nutanix's portfolio to your clients.
  • Provide Market Insight: Act as a crucial feedback loop to our engineering and product teams, sharing customer insights to help shape the future of our solutions.
  • Forecast Accurately: Maintain a clear and updated pipeline, providing regular status information and sales forecasts to your manager.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Sales Experience: A strong track record in territory sales, with experience in target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques within the technology sector.
  • Business Acumen: An aptitude for understanding how technology solves complex business problems and a keen awareness of the competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, Systems Engineering, and Product Development.
  • Technical Aptitude: A demonstrated ability to grasp and articulate technical specifications and product capabilities.
  • Established Network: A pre-existing customer and partner network in Poland is highly advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and English is required. Proficiency in other local languages, such as Czech, is a strong plus.
