Senior Staff Global Practice Lead – Cloud Native
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the global Cloud Native practice, driving innovation and service excellence across engagements.
- Collaborate with Services Product Management to enhance the catalog of service offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Lead the creation and refinement of service SKUs, best practices, and training programs, promoting knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Establish and maintain key relationships with clients, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless approach to professional services delivery.
- Provide technical pre-sales support for complex cloud-native solutions, ensuring alignment with customer business goals through tailored offerings.
- Monitor and enhance consulting metrics (CSAT, margin, delivery quality) to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Engage in thought leadership by articulating Nutanix's vision for hybrid and enterprise cloud solutions both internally and externally.
- Achieve established first-year objectives, including revenue growth targets, successful client engagements, and a comprehensive training plan for practice consultants.
- 15+ years of IT services experience with a minimum of 5 years in cloud-native technologies.
- Proven leadership in managing global practices or large-scale cloud-native programs.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, application modernization, and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant cloud-native certifications are a plus.
- Ability to analyze and navigate contractual and commercial constructs in services engagements.
- Self-motivated with the capability to thrive in unstructured environments while driving strategic execution.
