If so, you will thrive in our dynamic Go to Market and Channel field and Revenue Operations, where you will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance partner engagement and streamline processes, all while supporting the growth of global channel operations.


About the Team
 
The Channel Operations Analyst will be a key member of the Channel Operations Team collaborated with Channel Field and Programs Team, which operates within the Worldwide Deal Support and Order Management organization under Revenue Operations at Nutanix. Based in Bangalore, the team is dedicated to supporting Nutanix's sales teams by facilitating efficient and effective operations across various processes. The culture is collaborative and dynamic, focused on cross-functional teamwork to ensure streamlined communication and problem-solving between multiple stakeholders, including Deal Desk, Bid Management, and Product Managers. The team's mission is to enhance overall sales efficiency by providing critical support and structured processes that empower sales professionals to succeed in meeting their targets.
 
You will report to the Manager of Channel Operations, who values open communication and a supportive team environment. The manager encourages a culture of learning and collaboration, where team members are empowered to contribute ideas and take initiative. The role is hybrid, requiring you to work in the office 3 days each week while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely on other days, fostering a balance that promotes productivity and job satisfaction.
This role does not require any travel, allowing you to focus on your partner support duties and operational responsibilities from your hybrid work setup without the need for frequent business trips.


Your Role
 
  • Operational Handling of Deal Registration in Salesforce Worldwide, working closely with Sales Data Ops, Program Managers, and Sales/Channel Representatives.
  • Provide Partner Portal support and address Partner Queries globally.
  • Assist Channel representatives and Partners with the onboarding process.
  • Manage Partner applications, including agreement maintenance and SFDC updates.
  • Support the partner helpdesk with inquiries regarding Channel Partners, Deal Registration, and Opportunity Management, and Administrative Privileges to Internal Portals
  • Enhance and improve current systems and processes for increased efficiency.
  • Maintain Deal Registration Approval workflows and assignment rules globally.
  • Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis on Channel performance metrics.


What You Will Bring
 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Partner/Channel Operations environment.
  • Proficiency in database management and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Partner Portal tools, such as Zift/Relayware.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with global teams and navigate complex processes.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in partner onboarding and deal registration processes.
  • Knowledge of process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Documentation and Presentation Skills will be an added advantage.
