About the Team
The Channel Operations team at Nutanix is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and efficient partner experience by managing all aspects of partner onboarding, deal registrations, and issue resolution. Based in Bangalore, this team prides itself on fostering a collaborative and supportive culture, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and communication across various departments. Their mission is to streamline processes and enhance the operational flow for both external and internal stakeholders, ultimately driving success for Nutanix's partners and the company as a whole.
You will report to the Manager, Channel Operations, who is known for their inclusive and supportive leadership style, encouraging team members to share their ideas and take initiative in their work. This position is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to work both remotely and in the office, with the expectation of being in the office a few days a week as per business needs.
There are no travel requirements associated with this role, allowing the candidate to focus on operational responsibilities and collaboration with team members and partners from the comfort of their primary work location.
Your Role
  • Manage and streamline the partner onboarding and enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new partners.
  • Oversee deal registration approvals and opportunity management in Salesforce and Vartopia, working closely with channel representatives and sales teams.
  • Resolve internal and external partner queries promptly, enhancing overall partner satisfaction.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver accurate reporting on pipeline and booking management to internal stakeholders.
  • Enhance current operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and compliance with vendor requirements.
  • Support the training and development of junior analysts within the Channel Operations team.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify operational trends and implement necessary procedural improvements.
  • Conduct regular cleanup of databases in Salesforce and manage channel accounts and contact information effectively.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Partner/Channel/Sales Operations.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Strong proficiency in database management and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing partner onboarding, deal registrations, and opportunity management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and understand cross-functional processes.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including late evening shifts as required.
