Global Professional Services Sales
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Regional Sales leaders, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering, as well as with external prospects, customers, and partners to ensure customer delight and drive product sales growth.
- Take ownership of the growth, profitability, and efficiency of the Professional Services Group across all lines of business, including Services Sales, Education, Residents/TAMs, and Consulting Services.
- Promote the adoption and increased consumption of Nutanix’s products and services by developing and maintaining a deep understanding of all service offerings, product lines, and corporate messaging.
- Present yourself with executive presence to instill confidence in prospects, customers, and partners about Nutanix's service delivery capabilities through clear and concise communication.
- Lead by example as a team and organizational builder, focusing on hiring and developing top talent, building a culture of excellence and accountability, and inspiring the team to excel in professional services. Think critically and creatively in all situations to drive continuous improvement and success for Nutanix.
- Possesses strong skills in Professional Services Sales, focusing on hybrid multi-cloud and Large Enterprise deal experience.
- Hold a Bachelors Degree, with a Master’s Degree or MBA being desirable.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and ability to support partners for Nutanix's success.
- Proven track record of planning and managing large customer-facing programs or IT transformations.
- Experience in solution selling and belief in solutions, increasing customer success and driving product adoption.
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
