Manager, Global Recruiting Operations

Nutanix is looking for a Manager, Global Recruiting Operations to join our growing team in San Jose, CA. The Manager, Recruiting Operations will lead continual process improvement initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, HR Operations, Facilities, HRBPs, and IT. This role will directly manage a global team with a focus on unifying processes, best practices, and SLAs across the globe. The Recruiting Operations Team is the glue that binds the processes and bridges the gap of our applicants journey from candidates to employees. These functions are paramount to the success of our overarching People Organization in creating a great candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a global team of Recruiting Operations Representatives who handle a multitude of responsibilities including recruiting systems, offer generation and interview scheduling.
  • Design and implement highly efficient and scalable processes in a rapid-growth and ever-changing environment
  • Monitor and ensure data integrity in Jobvite (ATS) by developing routine auditing procedures and processes to support data integrity initiatives
  • Collaborate with Legal on regular cadence to review new employment rules & regulations, update existing contracts, and align on upcoming entity formations
  • Assist in development and documentation of Recruiting/HR Ops processes, procedures, and policies (including SOX compliance)
  • Act as a key partner to bridge the information and communication gap between Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations & HR Operations
  • Create and sustain a positive team environment which serves to motivate and retain a mixed workforce of employees and contingent workers
  • Manage background checks with confidentiality and sensitivity 
  • Help in facilitating North American New Hire Orientation on a rotating basis

 Requirements:

  • 5+ Years experience in Recruiting and or Recruiting Operations
  • 2+ years Management a plus
  • In depth knowledge of Recruiting Systems (ATS/ CRM/ HRIS)
  • Possess an analytical, data-driven mindset towards problem solving
  • Have the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Possess a positive, team player attitude
  • Extremely well organized with acute attention to detail
  • Possess a proactive approach with a commitment to task mentality
