Sr Technical Account Manager (Brazil and Mexico)
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with Nutanix customers
- Act as a single point of contact and customer advocate
- Provide direct access to Nutanix business functions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships
- Demonstrate technical acumen in Virtualization and Data Center IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and mitigate potential issues in customer deployments
- Conduct regular operational reviews and health checks
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- 5+ years of enterprise datacenter environment experience.
- 3 to 4+ years of virtualization expertise.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in enterprise storage or networking.
- Extensive technical expertise in datacenter infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
