The Opportunity

Are you passionate about connecting exceptional people with meaningful career opportunities through next-generation hiring strategies? Do you enjoy partnering with business leaders to shape high-performing teams using state-of-the-art recruiting technology? If so, we invite you to join Nutanix as a Principal Talent Advisor.

In this role, you will be a trusted partner to GTM hiring managers across EMEA, combining strategic human connection with modern AI tools to identify, attract, and secure top talent. You will own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end — from workforce planning and AI-augmented sourcing strategies to offer negotiation and onboarding support — ensuring an efficient, seamless, and high-touch experience for every candidate.

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-growing, innovative organisation. As part of a small, highly collaborative team, your ideas, insights, and technological agility will directly influence how we scale and build our future workforce. If you are motivated by delivering outstanding candidate experiences, championing AI-native recruiting platforms, and contributing to an inclusive culture, we would love to hear from you.

  • Limited travel required: This role is home and office-based within your region, allowing you to focus on impact without frequent travel
  • Work-life balance: We support flexible working and sustainable workloads so you can perform at your best

Your Role

As a Principal Talent Advisor, you will serve as both a modern recruiter and an AI-fluent strategic partner to the GTM business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, candidate availability, and data-backed hiring approaches
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, AI-powered sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing
  • Proactively building qualified, diverse talent pipelines through intelligent search, market mapping, and direct sourcing
  • Embedding modern AI tools and talent tech into your daily workflow to optimise candidate discovery, streamline communications, and shorten hiring cycles
  • Utilising modern ATS/talent intelligence systems to track analytics, manage pipeline health, and maintain data integrity
  • Facilitating structured, bias-conscious hiring processes that promote fairness, diversity, and quality of hire
  • Delivering an exceptional, personalised experience to both candidates and hiring teams at every stage
  • Leading or contributing to hiring strategy discussions and tech-enabled sourcing experiments for critical roles

What You Will Bring

We are looking for a forward-thinking recruiting professional who combines strong execution skills, technological agility, and a people-first mindset.

Essential experience and capabilities:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment, recruiting sales professionals in a software organisation
  • Demonstrated proficiency using modern AI recruiting platforms, sourcing engines, or workflow automation tools to drive hiring efficiency
  • Solid understanding of hiring for software sales and presales roles
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders using data and talent insights
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a consultative approach
  • Confidence in negotiating offers and closing candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining high operational and quality standards

Additional qualities that will help you succeed:

  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS and talent platforms, ideally Ashby (or similar data-driven systems like Greenhouse or Gem)
  • Active curiosity about generative AI, talent intelligence software, and modern recruiting automation
  • Strong organisational skills, analytical capability, and attention to pipeline metrics
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, equitable, and structured hiring processes
  • A proactive, tech-forward, solutions-oriented mindset
