Manager, Global People Services
- Provide leadership and direction in support of maturing the service delivery model of GPS, including driving a consistent irresistible experience, designing and documenting standardized processes and procedures for global scalability, establishing and governing process and performance, and executing radical continuous performance improvement
- Lead a team of 5 direct reports within a greater global team executing people services, while also influencing and representing the broader remit of Global People Services locally in India
- Own global responsibility for compliance, audit, and statutory needs within Global People Services remit to assess risk, identify gaps and implement corrective or risk mitigation actions
- Identify opportunities for automating People processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Engage with key stakeholders within and across regions and organizations to ensure alignment with business needs and direction
- Support People projects and initiatives to ensure key resources are available for employees
- Previous experience directly leading a mid-size team, setting goals and objectives, reviewing performance and an ability to coach and develop
- In-depth understanding of HR operations and processes
- Ability to work independently, think critically, take initiative, be curious and collaborate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Workday or other HRM systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to work across global teams
