The Opportunity

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our growing FP&A team. You will play a key role in supporting our leadership team by providing insightful financial analysis and business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making.

We partner closely with various departments to develop robust financial models, conduct in-depth analyses, and forecast future performance. Our expertise lies in translating complex financial data into clear and concise information that empowers the business to achieve its goals.

Your Role

  • Partner with Finance, Sales and other departmental teams to understand the SaaS sales cycle and its impact on financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for revenue and all revenue related KPIs.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to the SaaS business model.
  • Create clear and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales pipeline, ACV, ARR, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and research to answer business critical questions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Bring

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and their financial implications.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of Tableau, Salesforce, including advanced functions and formulas.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
