People Services Advisor
You will report to the HR Operations Optimization Lead. We operate in a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility between working from the office and remotely. This approach provides a good balance for work-life integration and allows employees to work in a way that best suits their needs. Communication and collaboration tools are in place to ensure seamless connectivity amongst team members.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct to appropriate resources
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee workflow changes in HR system
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires
- Support People projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with other People teams for seamless program delivery
- Identify trends and provide feedback on employee issues
- Generate and iterate documentation of processes
- Manage PO creation, funding requests, and invoice processing
- 2+ years of HR-related experience in a shared services environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Workday or other HRM systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
