Senior Product Manager - Monitoring / Observability [7+ YoE]
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AIOps platform and features.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to translate customer and market needs into clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success, inform future decisions, and iterate on the product.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, design, program management, support, marketing, etc.) to drive roadmap execution.
- Evangelize, provide customer advocacy and briefings to deliver and promote NCM and other related offerings from Nutanix.
- Provide ongoing field support as needed to drive high customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Drive field and partner enablement in collaboration with marketing and enablement teams.
- Author, build and maintain compelling internal and external-facing collateral in organization with outbound teams.
- Have a bias for action and demonstrate ownership for the domain.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience with AIOps, observability, DevOps, or IT operations tools.
- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex, data-intensive systems and discuss them with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with machine learning, data science, and analytics-driven products.
- Experience with private and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- An MBA or a Master's degree in a technical discipline.
