Tools Platform Manager
- Primary point of contact for managing, deploying and maintaining the Planhat platform for the Customer Success team, or an alternative Sales tool.
- Manage and hold the Customer Success or Sales team accountable through training, guidelines, and process to adhere to reporting and admin protocols.
- Act as a business partner to the Customer Success or Sales team, understand goals, outcomes, KPI’s and strategy.
- Ensure Planhat or alternative platform is running and operational.
- Indirectly manages large, cross functional teams to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Work collaboratively across the global organization to develop and advance key initiatives, optimize business processes, design policies, and drive new solutions.
- Consults with business partners on issues related to the target processes; assessing relevant business risk, opportunities for efficiency and scale and support for new growth opportunities.
- Structures analytical approaches and develops project strategies and tactics.
- Develop meaningful measurement systems to confirm impact on business.
- Collaborates across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy and direction.
- Support internal processes and ad-hoc projects as required.
- 5-10 years of business experience, including a proven track record of performance in sales reporting and analytics, strategy sales operations or program management roles.
- Experience with end-to-end sales processes and implementation and/or management of sales tools.
- Ability to translate ideas and requirements from sales leadership into a
- documented strawman with defined timelines.
- Engage and guide technical resources to turn strawmen into insightful and actionable results.
- Excellent communications skills and a high level of comfort collaborating with both sales and data minded cross functional team members.
- Ability to articulate Sales Operations practices including Renewals, Channels, Inside Sales, PreSales, and Compensation.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, SFDC, Clari, and Tableau.
- Detail-oriented but can also see the big picture. Can crunch the numbers and clearly articulate the key takeaways in an executive summary.
- Tell a “story.”
- Proficient in Power Point, and able to build professional, executive worthy decks.
- Ability to quickly pivot and thrive in an agile environment and meet critical deadlines.
