In this role, you’ll support Nutanix’s Service Provider business - an exciting and fast-growing segment -by optimizing sales operations, driving insights, and partnering with global leaders to fuel growth. About the Team
The Revenue Operations team at Nutanix is a collaborative, forward-thinking group with team members across EMEA and globally. We support sales leadership through data-driven insights, process design, and planning infrastructure - always with the goal of enabling the field to operate more efficiently and effectively.

You’ll report to the Global Revenue Operations Leader for Service Providers and work closely with regional and theater leaders across the business.
 
Your Role
  • Own the operational strategy for the Service Provider organization
  • Partner with global and regional sales leaders as a trusted advisor
  • Support quota development and alignment, working with compensation and global ops teams
  • Drive weekly forecast reviews and pipeline analysis, delivering actionable insights
  • Build and maintain reporting tools (SFDC dashboards, Tableau, Excel)
  • Analyze performance metrics, coverage, retention, and consumption trends
  • Identify and lead process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience
  • Support quarterly business reviews and planning processes
  • Monitor and optimize usage of pre-paid services (FlexCredits)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, and Deal Desk
  • Own and evolve business planning metrics: KPIs, OKRs, dashboards
What You Will Bring
  • 5–10 years in strategy or revenue operations roles, with 2–3 years in service provider environments
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a compelling story with data
  • Fluency in Salesforce; Tableau experience is a plus
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in segmentation, quota setting, and headcount planning
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build executive-level presentations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Collaborative mindset and cross-functional communication skills
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
