Total Reward Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)

This is a generalist role based in Bangalore, India, with primary responsibility for administering the benefit programs for our employees in India and the APAC; and provide global compensation operations support.  This includes interfacing with employees, management, HRBPs, People Relations and Shared Services.  To succeed in this role, we want someone that strives toward best in class results specific to employee experience & satisfaction, operational efficiency, vendor management and ongoing service level performance.

 

Responsibilities

 

Benefits:

  • Administer benefit plans for employees based in the APAC and India region
  • Assist employees with escalated questions regarding benefit issues
  • Partner with the Benefit Team members to rollout and administer all benefit plan offerings
  • Participate in benefits surveys and benchmarking
  • Track and identify trends in benefit program data to assist in making recommendations for management
  • Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefit processes
  • Stay current with proposed legislation and look for applicability within existing programs
  • Project participation and perform related duties as assigned
  • Assist to audit and process invoices/PO, and benefits related documents

 

Compensation:

  • Create and build ongoing compensation reports to track internal compensation pay practices and trends; provide recommendation and solutions to address any concerns
  • Support the company-wide Compensation Review Process by partnering with HRIS on Workday user interface and reporting setups
  • Assist with the design and build of compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions and forecast/model, report, and/or analyze compensation business outcomes
  • Participate in benefits surveys and benchmarking

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong sense of accountability and great organizational skill with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
  • Work in a collaborative style and environment and actively solicit input from diverse perspectives to improve team and department deliverables
  • Clear and concise verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate and exert appropriate influence to drive successful outcomes for programs/projects
  • Proficiency in: Windows based applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and Workday
  • BA/BS degree with emphasis in Human Resources or equivalent
