The Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented and analytical person who thrives on gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights? If so, join our Revenue Enablement team as an Analyst/ Sr. Analyst for Enablement Intelligence, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to a strategic program that impacts the success of the Nutanix salesforce. In this new and important role, you will use your data analytics skills to organize and visualize complex data sets, working closely with the Revenue Enablement Leadership team to drive data-informed decision making and continuous program improvement.
 
Sales at Nutanix
The Revenue Enablement team at Nutanix is a collaborative and cross-functional group that works closely with Sales Leadership and strategic Sales Support functions. This team is responsible for creating globally consistent Enablement programs to support the development of Nutanix Sales teams world-wide. The team works together to identify areas of improvement, deliver relevant content, and track key metrics of success.  This role would be part of Revenue Enablement's AI Coaching team, serving all Nutanix Sales Professionals.
 
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from AI coaching platforms, CRM systems, LMS, and other relevant tools.
  • Establish and maintain data pipelines and processes to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting.
  • Partner with platform administrators to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
  • Analyze coaching activity, assessment scores, adoption trends, and sales performance data to identify patterns and correlations.
  • Provide insights and reporting on skill development progress, competency gaps, and program effectiveness at a regular and agreed cadence
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports for various audiences (sales managers, enablement leaders, executives).
  • Translate data into clear, compelling visuals and narratives that drive understanding and action for the internal enablement team and the wider business stakeholder community
  • Ensure reporting aligns with key business metrics and program success criteria.
  • Design and analyze A/B testing experiments to test the effectiveness of new sales enablement tactics, content, and messaging. 
  • Use statistical and machine learning techniques to predict enablement impact on revenue outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve coaching practices, learning plans, and performance outcomes.



What You Will Bring
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
  • Strong SQL and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Proficiency in Python or R and understanding of machine learning for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with building and evaluating machine learning models.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; familiarity with sales enablement tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills—able to translate complex findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving measurable impact.
  • Experience in Revenue Enablement, revenue operations, or a similar function within a SaaS or technology environment is preferred.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
 However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 116,800 and USD $234,000 per year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
