The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Member of Technical Staff (MTS-2) with strong experience in AI-powered applications and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable backend services and modern frontend applications while integrating AI/LLM models, MCP-based systems, and intelligent workflows into production platforms.
This role requires someone who can design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications, work across the stack, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You will report to the Software Development Engineering Manager who leads our initiatives with a focus on fostering a supportive and empowering environment. The work setup is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office three days a week, allowing for both in-person collaboration and the flexibility of remote work. Additionally, there are no travel requirements for this position, enabling you to focus entirely on your work and contributions within the team.
Your Role
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java or Python.
- Build responsive and modern frontend applications using React.
- Develop APIs and microservices using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or Python frameworks.
- Integrate AI/ML models, LLM APIs, and AI-powered capabilities into applications.
- Design and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) based integrations to enable AI agents to interact with tools, APIs, and data sources.
- Build and optimize AI workflows such as RAG pipelines, summarization, and intelligent search.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and structured/unstructured data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to deliver AI-enabled features.
- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Ensure high standards for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
What You Will Bring
- 2-3 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
- Experience building modern frontend applications using React.
- Experience with Node.js or backend API development.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations and AI application development.
- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI tool integration frameworks.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Strong understanding of data structures, system design, and distributed systems.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
