The Opportunity
Nutanix is looking for a Territory Account Manager to join our field sales team in Sweden. In this high-impact, national role, you will be tasked with driving net new business and growing existing relationships across commercial enterprises throughout the country.
You will be responsible for selling Nutanix’s hybrid multicloud products and solutions directly to commercial customers and prospects. Working closely with Systems Engineers and our extended account ecosystem, you will help Swedish businesses modernize their infrastructure and accelerate their digital transformation.

Because this is a national role, you will travel across Sweden to meet with prospective and existing commercial clients. This on-the-ground presence enables you to build deep, trusted relationships and deliver tangible impact to businesses nationwide.
Your Role
As a Territory Account Manager (Commercial), you will serve as a key player in expanding our commercial footprint across Sweden.
- Drive Net New Business & Expansion: Proactively target, engage, and close new commercial accounts across the region while growing existing relationships.
- Technical Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with an experienced Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to design tailored solution proposals.
- Leverage the Partner Ecosystem: Forge and cultivate strong relationships with key Channel Partners, Resellers, Systems Integrators, and Alliance partners to execute joint go-to-market strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Channel Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Management to ensure optimal account coverage and customer success.
- Strategic Execution: Develop clear account plans for strategic commercial accounts and maintain accurate, timely sales forecasting within SFDC.
- Commercial Go-To-Market: Offer insight and feedback to guide localized marketing initiatives for the Swedish commercial market.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of successful outside software/IT solution sales experience.
- Proven Track Record: A history of consistently exceeding sales quotas in enterprise IT, cloud, or software environments.
- Commercial Market Expertise: A strong understanding of the Swedish commercial landscape, business culture, and partner ecosystem, backed by an established network of stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Ability to articulate how Nutanix solves complex business challenges, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and IT leaders.
- Strategic Territory Management: Expertise in target account planning, prospect identification, and consultative, solution-oriented selling.
- Collaborative & Entrepreneurial: High energy, self-motivated, and deeply committed to team success and transparent communication.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Work Structure: This position is primarily remote/field-based with national travel across Sweden to engage with clients and partners. Occasional travel for team gatherings or global events may also be required.
