The Opportunity

Are you an experienced revenue operations professional with a deep understanding of Customer Success in a subscription company? If so, you should join our team as a Sales Support Analyst at Nutanix. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with key cross-functional partners, drive strategic planning and execution, optimize customer adoption, assist in global transformation programs, and enhance revenue operations and technology, all while working with a team of motivated professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

 

 


About the Team

This role would be a part of the Revenue Operations team, specifically supporting the WW Customer Success team. The team is responsible for supporting the Customer Success Reps with detailed information and analysis on their customers to help support deep adoption of our solutions and minimize out of compliance. They collaborate closely with key cross-functional partners such as Sales, Quoting, System Engineers, etc. to inform strategic decisions. The team plays a crucial role in adoption, expansion, performance optimization, analytics, reporting, and technology enhancement. They work closely with senior GTM leaders and are driven by a focus on driving customer success and maximizing revenue.  This role offers the opportunity to grow and become more customer-facing over time if desired.
 


Your Role

  • Supporting the customer success organization, ensuring effective business decisions can be made as a result of ongoing customer analysis
  • Analyze key metrics within an account to ensure adoption & stickiness
  • Bring together disparate information and present in it a usable format to increase sales productivity
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful, well thought out reports. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with high-level executives, salespersons, and internal teams 
  • Constantly driving process improvements
  • Create and maintain sales documentation

 


What You Will Bring

3+ years relatable experience in a sales / revenue / marketing operations role or finance role 

  • Ability to provide insights into data and present to key stakeholders 
  • Working with disparate data sources and complex processes, offering valuable suggestions on how to improve the way we work
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English required 
  • Advance proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel & Salesforce
