EMEA Marketing Programs Manager

Marketing London, United Kingdom Req.Num.: 32622

The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic EMEA Marketing Programs Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive demand and pipeline growth across the region. While this role encompasses broader programmatic marketing, a critical focus is designing and scaling CXO (C-level) engagement strategies. You will build repeatable, at-scale demand generation frameworks aligned with the executive buyer’s journey, leveraging digital channels, virtual and in-person events, and ABM. Operating as a strategic linchpin, you will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to deliver impactful programs that accelerate pipeline growth.

About the Team
You will join the EMEA Marketing organization, a collaborative and data-driven team dedicated to expanding Nutanix platform adoption across enterprise accounts in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The team operates in a flexible remote environment, prioritizing cross-functional alignment, strategic empowerment, and execution excellence. Marketing leadership focuses on removing operational friction, providing regional guidance, and empowering program managers to drive measurable account penetration and marketing influence.

Your Role
  • Develop and lead EMEA-wide executive marketing program strategies aligned to business priorities, target buying groups, and strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on engaging C-level and senior decision-makers at scale.
  • Design integrated, multi-channel programs that help elevate Nutanix's thought leadership with senior business and technology leaders, leveraging digital channels, content, executive communications, ABM, and regional events.
  • Partner with field marketing teams to enable successful execution of executive-targeted campaigns, providing strategy, guidance, content, messaging, and measurement frameworks required for scale.
  • Collaborate closely with global marketing, product marketing, communications, and field teams to bring executive-focused programs to market consistently across the region.
  • Build audience-centric journeys for executive personas including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, COOs, and line-of-business leaders, ensuring programs align with their business priorities and challenges.
  • Measure program impact through executive audience engagement, marketing influence, account penetration, pipeline contribution, and business outcomes, continuously optimizing performance based on data and insights.
  • Act as the regional center of excellence for executive and CXO engagement, sharing insights, innovations, and successful program models across markets.

What You Will Bring
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, including expertise in integrated marketing, ABM, at-scale executive engagement, demand generation, or strategic audience marketing within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and scaling programs for senior business and technology audiences across multiple countries, regions, or markets.
  • Strong understanding of executive buying committees, enterprise decision-making processes, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop frameworks and programs that drive adoption across distributed field marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing contributes to account progression, pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue growth, supported by a data-driven approach to measurement and reporting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with strong written and verbal communication skills for senior executive audiences.
