Field Sales Enablement Manager, METI

Job Description:

The Sales enablement organization is seeking a highly motivated person to fill a Sales Enablement role of Middle East & Turkey, based in Dubai. The role is to work as the Business Partner to METI Sales Leadership consulting on the provision of Sales and Solutions training to the entire METI internal and external salesforce. The role will also involve the delivery of Sales and Pre-Sales focused training, role-playing, event organization and content creation.  The ideal candidate has a Sales or Pre-sales background with and interest in new Sales techniques and business practice.  You have a flair for building relationships at Senior Sales Management level and across organizations. You have a proven track record of creating results through others in a matrix environment.

Reporting To: Manager Field Sales Enablement EMEA

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with METI Sales Management to deliver Sales objectives by creating specific training development plans for the METI Internal and External Sales teams.
  • Drive those training plans into the complete METI Sales Organisation, working closely with the Sales Management team and HR .
  • Responsible for the delivery of sales training; new hire onboarding, selling skills for inside and outside sales, account planning, acceleration trainings and entry level technical training
  • Conducts training in classroom as well as through conference calls
  • Provide on-going consultation and coaching on selling skills
  • Engage with the Sales leaders, Business Unit leaders, Marketing and Global Sales Training to ensure the coordination, organization and deployment of the required trainings for the sales and partner teams. Includes:
    • Product trainings, Vendor led trainings, Locally required trainings like Consumer Law, Accidental Damage Protection, etc
  • Interlock with stakeholders to define development needs and to provide training updates.
  • Training effectiveness performance review against KPI’s.
  • Maintain records of training to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education or equivalent Sales experience
  • Min 10 years of working experience preferably in a sales or pre-sales capacity.
  • Experience of Software or Solution sales to Direct, Global Account and Channel Sales desirable
  • Consulting Skills for the development of Training and Sales Programs including
    • Ability to design basic training modules.
    • Needs assessment/ Diagnostic skills.
    • Vendor research and evaluation skills
  • Facilitation skills.
  • Fluent English in a technical product environment is a requirement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
