Scope of work:

  • Develop and Maintain HR Operation processes e.g. Leave entitlement project

  • Streamline processes within HR functions

  • Support in benefits administration for APAC

  • Support and participate in HR initiatives projects relating to HR Operations, TA,

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed

  • Extreme attention to detail and great organizational skills for managing multiple tasks

    and project deadlines (project management experience a plus)
