About the Team

At Nutanix, you'll be joining the SaaS Engineering team, a dedicated and collaborative group of professionals that operates across three geographical locations. This team's dynamic encourages innovation and collective problem-solving, where each member plays a vital role in shaping and enhancing our software solutions. You will report to the Director of Product Management, who values collaboration and empowers the team to reach their full potential. The work setup is hybrid, with the expectation to work in our San Jose headquarters three days a week, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of both in-person engagement and flexibility. 


Your Role

  • Own and lead complex product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and strategic planning through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
  • Define and evolve a clear product vision and multi-quarter roadmaps informed by market research, customer insights, and data-driven and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Translate product strategy into actionable requirements, user stories, and prototypes that enable scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-enabled features and workflows that drive automation, predictive insights, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead product strategy and execution for marketplace, renewals, and billing capabilities, leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, pricing optimization, and churn reduction.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and analytics leaders to define AI use cases, success metrics, and data readiness requirements.
  • Establish, monitor, and evolve SLAs, KPIs, and product health metrics, using AI-driven insights to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide product leadership and mentorship, influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders while promoting responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI.

  • Provide strategic leadership by partnering with senior business and technical stakeholders to shape product vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead product evangelization and champion product adoption by overseeing internal and partner enablement programs, setting standards for effective product use and measuring business outcomes.

  • Serve as the senior point of accountability for business partners, aligning priorities, managing trade-offs, and proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives by maintaining governance over scope, budget, timelines, and outcomes.

What You Will Bring

  • Deep expertise in cloud marketplaces (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise SaaS subscription renewals and billing.
  • 5–8 years of product management experience, with a focus on subscription and monetization platforms.
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled products / features that drive improved productivity, user experience, and quality.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cloud-based SaaS business model transformations.
  • Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with experience in Agile environments and a solid technical background.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 156,000 and USD $ 310,800 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
